3. Intellectual Property & Usage License

All content on this Site, including but not limited to research reports, text, graphics, logos, methodology frameworks, and software, is the exclusive property of FuturAurora and is protected by Andorran and international intellectual property laws.

  • Single-User Digital License: Upon purchasing an industry report, FuturAurora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use-only license.
  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, re-license, publish, or publicly broadcast any purchased report or portion thereof without prior written consent from FuturAurora.

4. Digital Purchases, Delivery & Refund Policy

  • Fulfillment: Digital reports and deliverables are fulfilled electronically via secure payment gateways (e.g., Lemon Squeezy) or direct digital dispatch upon payment confirmation.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital intelligence and reports, all sales of digital reports are final and non-refundable once the download link or file access has been generated, except where required by mandatory Andorran consumer protection law.
  • Pricing & Currency: All prices are stated in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) as indicated at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes depending on buyer location.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
